Court Appearance For O'Malley Park Resident Following Shooting

A 49-year-old man has appeared at Limerick District Court charged in connection with a shooting incident in the Southill area of the city yesterday morning.

Anthony Kelly of 121 O'Malley Park, Southill was charged with possession of a handgun with intent to endanger life at O'Malley Park on October 28, reports RTE News. The court heard he had nothing to say when charged at Roxboro Garda station earlier this evening.

There was no application for bail and he was remanded in custody to appear at the district court on 5 November.
