Memorial Walk In Remembrance Of Kitty Halpin

A 5K memorial walk will take place on Saturday, 23rd of October in remembrance of Kitty Halpin who passed away from complications of Diabetes in 2009.
Mrs Halpin had Type 2 Diabetes for 20 years.
The Halpin family want to raise awareness about Diabetes, on the symptoms and prevention of diabetes, the benefits of healthy eating, exercise and living a healthier lifestyle. The event promises to be a fun family day with bouncy castles, music, face painters & refreshments.
The walk begins at 12pm at Tullyvaraga Hall, Shannon.

All entry fees and donations will go to The Diabetes Federation of Ireland.
