Arts and Entertainment - Music
The timetable of acts for this weekend's 2010 Electric Picnic has been announced.
The festival weekend, which takes place in the Laois village of Stradbally from September 3rd to 5th, will see Bryan Ferry and Roxy Music make their ever Irish festival appearance with a set that will cover all of their classic hits, such as ‘Love is the Drug’, ‘Jealous Guy’ ‘Let’s Stick Together’ and ‘Avalon’.
Bristol trip hop legends Massive Attack also return to the festival, where they played a storming set in 2006. Meanwhile, nineties electronica outfit Leftfield will return for the first time to live performances for more than a decade.
A limited number of tickets remain on sale from Ticketmaster outlets nationwide, priced at €240.
