Corofin Claim Clare Intermediate Camogie Crown

North Clare side Corofin eased to a 2-8 to 0-4 victory over Truagh/Clonlara in the Intermediate camogie final last Saturday.
Goals in the first half by Clare Commane and Aoife Davoren laid the foundations for this victory as Corofin led at the break by 2-1 to 0-2.
The eventual champions added seven points in the second half compared to just two from their opponents. This result is historic for Corofin as it was their first time ever winning the Intermediate championship.
