O’Connor On Course For Jockey’s Championship

Tubber jockey Derek O’Connor is on course to win his 7th Point to Point Jockey’s Championship after notching up 61 winners in the first three months of 2010.
O'Connor leads Jamie Codd by 10 wins and is set to surpass his 2009 wins total of 113. The north Clare man last month rode two winners at the Killaloe Point to Point and also was successful at Belharbour.
