Registration Opens For Great Limerick Run 2011

Registration for The Great Limerick Run 2011 opened today, just days after the inaugural event took place.
This year’s event was unique to Ireland in that it represented the first ever time that a 10K, half marathon and a certified full marathon were held in the same location in one day.
The event has been designed to tap into the unprecedented popularity of running in Ireland at every level - its three distances cater to everybody from novice fun-runner/walker to the most competitive of international athletes.
An estimated 5000 took part in the event last weekend.
